That's probably because koji is the build system that every package is
generated from and I guess it is referenced in every package.

Oh, "Packager: Koji" and "Vendor: Koji" is set for thousands of
packages. :-( Fortunately, it seems, in more recent packages it has
been changed to "Fedora Project" instead.
