Chances are you should report the problem to your ISP or network
admin. I understand that's not easy for everyone. If you believe it is
Fedora specific use bugzilla.
I dare say that for a lot people IPv6 just isn't possible, for the
moment. I don't recall any of our ISPs stating that they support it,
and I don't recall seeing an IPv6 address when I was using a dial-up
ISP. So, I'd say that they didn't provide the feature without
mentioning it, either. And my ADSL modem doesn't support it, even if my
new ISP does (which I don't know).
I think that for some time to come, graceful handling of non-functioning
IPv6 needs to be handled at our end of the stick.
