[F8] Local fedora bug reporting system woes?




This is the first time I have seen this, but it seems that the bugs@localhost
bug reporting system has broke? Can someone tell me what it is and perhaps
what I need to do to repair this? I am getting smashed with daily emaillings
such as these below:
