f9 dell precision 490 reboot quirk

Hi,

I have a dell precision 490 that hangs on reboot. It shuts down and gives a restarting message, then hangs.

The "reboot=b" kernel argument works swell to fix this.

It seems to me this should be reported somewhere as a "quirk". Where should I post this information, and what should I provide?

I have the hardinfo html file for the machine.
