I am kind of new at this,but to the two people that are struggling with
the installation of Fedora 9, it is simpler to install it straight from

Sounds like you have the wrong ISO image burned to your DVD. Perhaps you
burned the first CD image by mistake?

with a file browser, locate your 'sent' folder, open with a text editor.

I found that emacs gagged on 2Gb files and had to use vi for files of
this size but it was painful.
You can use the 'split' command (man split for details).
you could conceivably split the file into 8 pieces and thus only lose 8
e-mails.
I'm pretty sure formail (part of the procmail package) can do this
safely.

I'm trying to grab all of the .zip files from www.urbanfonts.com using
wget.
If I use flashgot, it will work for the page I'm on, but the output from
flashgot doesn't tell me which options are used?
All of the files are in the form of xyz.php?fontname.zip.
Any ideas on how to get them easier than doing every page with flashgot?

since I installed F9 on my new desktop with an ATI Radeon 3600, I was
still waiting for the ATI driver update, because of "problems" with the
newest Xorg version.
Finaly, today there was a release on ATI site
(http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/linux/linux-radeon.html)
Just tried it out, but there is also the same error. Does anyone knows
more, when there will be a compatible driver from ATI for the newest
Xorg version?
I do not really want to downgrade my Xorg version. :(

Speculating here, but it could be because the lists are managed with
Mailman. If you look around, very few MM lists have search boxes,
basically because it requires hackery to set up (MM doesn't come with
any search funcionality). Even the mailman-users list itself doesn't
