HTTP file sharing in KDE4

People,

In KDE 3.5.x there was a kicker applet named kpf, which was very useful
for sharing files using HTTP in a quick and easy way. Using it, we could
select a folder and make its contents instantly available in a simple
HTTP server, or even run several instances of kpf at once to share
multiple folders.

Is there a replacement for it in KDE4?

Thanks,

Marcelo
