[OT] elrepo.org

greetings,

anyone on this list familiar with http://elrepo.org?

i was given this site for a package to allow using reiserfs on sl5.2.

i log site several hours earlier today and it loaded ok.

now, when i try logging site, i get a blank page, but all sub directories,
http://elrepo.org/linux/* load ok.

curious as to just what this site is really about.
