Suddenly, most of the icons in thunderbird and *some* images in ff are

this problem only just appeared so i doubt it's related. Is anyone else
seeing something similar (it's *really* hard to miss).

Otherwise, can anyone think of what I can check?

Correction: some JPEGs are also displayed like this in FF.


Anyone? Is anbody seeing anything like this? I can't think of what to look for as *most* images look just fine. So, I can't imagine it's a problem with X.
