DeviceKit-disks-004-5.fc11
Which I eventually found in the Announce list.
Perhaps your previous fix is now messing up this new fix.

It was the rpm: libudev-devel-141-7.fc11.i586
Once that was installed, everything was fine.. Although how that was
missed in installation and why it was needed is still a mystery too me.
I apologize to udev developers.
