please do not police users. Nowadays, it is very hard to avoid html
email, face reality.
The above seems unwarranted and the list is quite correct in requesting plain text messages.
Actually it's easy to avoid html emails and as it's not the list's reality, perhaps it's misunderstanding of the chosen email client.
I have found, with guidance from Google and this list, how easy it is ensure the send of plain text messages.
