I think there may be more than one. I know that there is one just for games.
Note that submitting items to a wish list isn't likely to help get your
item added. (It's not impossible, just unlikely.)
If you really want something packaged, you should volunteer to package it.

To get some idea of what it takes to package something take a look at:

That should give you an idea of the process and some of the links will
describe some limitations on what is being packaged.
