Mailman tutorial

I have never configured mailman.

My server is F12 and the mail setup is based on:
http://www.howtoforge.com/virtual-users-domains-postfix-courier-mysql-squirrelmail-fedora-12-x86_64

I have been running this mail setup for over a year and am happy with
it. Now I want to add mailman. I have installed mailman on another
system and am trying to figure this puppy out; it is not easy it seems.
So I am looking for a decent tutorial (like the one referenced above).

Any help out there?
