For some reason, when I installed XFCE I didn't get parole. Once I
found that out, I installed it and it works. However, sound juicer
still can't find audio CDs so that I can rip them and add them to my
.mp3 player for use at the gym. Any thoughts?

Sorry for the delay, but sometimes stuff happens. Other times, lots of
stuff happens.
As for the subject at hand, my music listening is confined
to streaming audio so I can't offer any meaningful responses to your
question about ripping.
