kernel. You can remove the rhgb from the grub config file if you don't
want to use plymouth, although doing that won't actually save you much
boot time at all.

No, rhgb, etc., is among the first things removed, I never see
the graphic login screen. I did notice the boot process stumble
over [plymouth the other morning and thought it might be
something I could eliminate.
I will leave things alone then.
