Make ctrl-alt-del invoke gnome-system-monitor instead of gnome logout ?

How is one supposed to configure keystrokes so Ctrl-Alt-Del invokes
"gnome-system-monitor -p" (process view) instead of the current
behaviour of the logout screen?
