Why is the "new" dialog Cancel/OK, and the rest of the dialogs
Revert/Close? Shouldn't we just make them Cancel/OK too?

The dialogs when you are editing an existing launcher are instant-apply.
The dialog to create a new launcher needs an explicit confirmation to
create it.
