GnomeUI-Warning ??

Hi;

I am logged in as user1; open gnome-terminal; su to root; run the
following:
"[root@HOST user1]# nautilus --no-desktop --browser"
and I get:
"(nautilus:3207): GnomeUI-WARNING **: While connecting to
session manager: Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the
authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based
authentication failed.
Initializing nautilus-open-terminal extension"

Then nautilus runs as expected as root.

Where is the warning coming from and what do I do to get rid of it?

Regards Bill
