a Gnome launcher question

How can I run the following command from Gnome launcher:

LANG=hr_HR.ISO-8859-2 ldcpp

What ever I do, I got the following output:

There was an error launching the application.
Details: Failed to execute child process "LANG=hr_HR.ISO-8859-2" (No
such file or directory)
----------------

The only solution for now is to run ldcpp from terminal :-/ Any help
would be highly appreciated. Thanks. Cheers!
