System Requirments

What are the system requirements for running GNOME? I will be using
NetBSD on a 450MHz IBM Aptiva (256MB RAM, 20 GB HD) and would like to
use GNOME because of the very great look (I'm a Mac user, so I want
to have the same experience when using the PC)
