Different colors, same gnome

I have two machines running CentOS 4.4 Plus, one at work, one at home. In
general, there are very few differences between them, but one I notice every
time I go home - the text foreground color in my shell windows at work is
blue, but at home it is black.
How can I control this particular setting? I haven't seen anything that
might influence it.
Thanks.
