We can't document things if we don't know about them.
Quite agree. Although to be fair, at the time, it was the Sun docs guys
who were in charge of the accessibility guide. And since they seem to
have documented Ctrl+Alt+PgUp/Dn in that (as an alternative shortcut,
rather than the preferred one), I'd have expected them to make sure any
relevant changes got into the User Guide at the same time :/
