Service Configuration question: How to add ftp?

I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to add the vsftp service to the
list of services managed by the Gnome "Service Configuration" applicaiton.
i.e. "System > Administration > Services".
I expected to see ftp there in the default list but it is not (using Fedora
Core 7).
Can someone point me in the right direction?
