Thanks for all of your help.
solved problem.
the run-dialog is part of gnome-panel
and the text input box in this dialog is of type GnomeEntry, which is
defined by libgnomeui,
and libgnomeui depend on libglade,
when I was compiling, libglade was installed at another prefix because
I want to share the same base library among multi gnome version,
but then libgnomeui cannot install libgnome.so into the right place,
thus libglade dont know how to deal with GnomeEntry.
