You can try to use the web interface at
http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnome-list and enter your email
address at the bottom of the page. I guess / assume you have subscribed
using the address Michael.Friedrichs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx but your actual
address is somehow called mfriedrichs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
