Is Mono included in GNOME 2.20?

Hi,

I'm interested in packaging GNOME 2.20 (or maybe 2.22 if it is released
soon), but want to know whether or not Mono runtimes/libraries are already
included in the gnome source tarballs.
Just asking because I see that Tomboy Notes is officially part of gnome
2.20, so does that mean that Mono (part of it at least) has now been
included too?
