[kde] Scrollbar on the left side

Hi all,

as far as I can see, there is no possibility to set the scrollbar to the
left side of the window. Changing the side makes sense for me as eg
the text you type starts on the left side so you probably have the
mouse rather left where your text is (see emacs).

So I'd really like to see that feature.
