[kde-linux] Dvorak Keyboard Layout - Control Centre

The Dvorak keyboard layout has been missing from the list of available
layouts in the KDE Control Centre in the last few iterations of KDE(I'm
now using 3.5.2). Is this because I'm using Debian or is it an oversight
or a feature? I would love to see the return of the old capability.
