Take a look at the proposal to integrate GTD (getting things done) into

It would be nice if the KNotes features dovetailed with this effort. And
I'm
definitely in favor of multiple tags. There is a Web app that implements
GTD
using multiple tags and it's great. See MonkeyGTD at:
http://simonbaird.com/monkeygtd/
Anyway, I think GTD offers a great system and that Kontact should aim
toward
it.

Thank you for your advice. I have heard of GTD before(among palm fans), but
didn't pay attention on it. After reading your message, I went to find some
data on GTD. Now I am reading it. My task(if I got it) also including
improve KNotes plugin in Kontact.
Anyway, I would try my best to get the knotes/kontact more useful. :-)
Thanks.
