[kde] how to make a keybinded macro?

hi,
i have a problem with setting keyboard bindings.
i have 3 actions which i very often use:
1. keep window on all desktops
2. hide window border
3. keep window above others
in kcontrol, in regional & accessibility module, and keyboard shortcuts
panel i found a way to assign keybindings to them, and it works great.
what i'm missing though is a way to make *one* keybinding that will do all
of the things.
basically i would like to be able to press <ctrl-alt-whatever>, and make
current window be visible on all desktops, on top of everything, and without
border.
i tried to use khotkeys, but failed.
so my questions are:
1. is it possible at all?
2. it yes, how?
best regards
