[kde-linux] Query to developers on a KDE 3.53 KMail improvement

http://www.kde.org/announcements/changelogs/changelog3_5_2to3_5_3.php mentions
a new feature:

KWin
Don't force new windows to be at the beginning of the focus chain (windows
with focus stealing prevention shouldn't be there).

Currently, if I open a URL in KMail, Konqueror steals the focus. Will the
above fix rectify this?
