[kde-linux] Default program

In an older version of KDE I think there was a place to open and insert what
program I want to use ie:mp3/ram etc. Then you could move all the programs
that handle it up or down to set the first defaul and so on. Hope that is
clear. I cannot find this in 3.5.2
