[kde-linux] Address book locked

When I try to add or edit an address book entry it get
"home/***/.kde/sgare/apps/kabc/std.vcf locked by application" I checked
permissions and both that file and "addressbook.vcf" are can read & write by
owner. What have I got messed up? (as usuall)
