[kde] dynamic tab names in Konsole

I ssh to a wide variety of machines, and from machine to machine.

The titlebar happily displays the current user@host:pwd - how do I get
that info (or at least hostname and pwd) in the tab name? And get it
to change when I change hosts in the way that the titlebar does?
