I need dcop commands for my kommander app, but I cannot figure out what the
parameters to dcop ksmserver mean exactly. There are three parameters, what
do they mean?
#this sort of shuts down computer:
dcop ksmserver default logout 0 -1 -1
#this one reboots
dcop ksmserver default logout 0 1 0
How do I simply end current session?
Try 0 0 0
The parameters are not documented, they are basically the numeric values of
the session flags descibed in the KApplication API documentation
More questions:
Is there a way to use dcop to restart kdm without using administrator
rights?
No idea, sorry
Cheers,
Kevin
