[kde-linux] KDE_CONFIGURATION

I don't know why the original config of Kdevelop has been altered and
the only thing that I get is a mix of tabs.
How do I get the original config again.
Spent a lot of hours on that today.
Also, it is very confusing the way that the Kde-devel page is structured.
Not even with the password one knows where to go to get emails
different from the archives.
The archives are very useful, but, what about a live-list, where one
communicate with other developers. Does that kind of list exist? And if
it does: Where is it?
