helo Sir,
i installed autoconf-2.60 on redhat 9
but when i build my project file then it shows the following error

this Makefile is only for the CVS repository
This will be deleted before making the distribution

Your autoconf (and probably automake too) is too old. You need at least
autoconf-2.5x
