[kde-linux] Single-Click (web type) option not available

Hi;
On a Ferdora 5 32 bit system, I don't have the option (under
desktop-behaviour) to set it to web-type or single-click. I had it
working on this machine on previous releases of Fedora. But since FC5
(about 6 months?) I have to double click on icons in order to launch.
Please advise;
