On the menu bar, tick Settings-> Show Navigation panel. That will give
you a choice of page thumbnails or a list of bookmarks labeled
"contents'.
The area labeled "contents" shows the document structure by chapters, no
bookmarks.
My mistake. It's just that when I create structured PDF files, I make the
chapters out of.. that's right, nested bookmarks.
