[kde-linux] ADD MONITOR DESCRIPTION

Hi,
I have a LG monitor and I like to add It to KDE database. When I try to set hardware monitor settings I can not find any LG type that matchs vertical and horizontal HZ so I download the drives from LG and open the .cfg file where this settings are. I like to update the hardware database of KDE.
