[kde-linux] adding actions to context menu

When you drag a file to other folder with the left mouse button you get a menu with Copy / Move / Link options. Is it possible to add custom actions to this menu?
I know how to add actions to files so that they appear on the right mouse button menu, but that way they would be associated to just a file; dragging implies a file (source) and a directory (destination). Is this possible?
