if I manually edit the network through K>systemsettings>networksettings the
interfaces file changes and then the wireless disappears.
here is my interfaces file:
Networksettings should be left alone completely when using networkmanager --
in fact, I'd think it is a bug if there isn't at least a warning about using
that module and networkmanager at once.
