No offense, but maybe you should pop a few pills and chill out? You seem
a bit high-strung and incapable of using software that my mum uses day-in

Not to be rude, but since you mentioned it....Is she a programmer? Did you
do a FC8->FC9 upgrade? Or did you do the upgrade for her. Is she a
one-app-at-a-time kind of person who doesn't know any better? Or when
she encounters legitimate bugs do you tell her: "I know a six year old who
can run this software day-in and day-out!" ?

She is not a programmer. But you were making ludicrous claims. I offered up
that my Mother can use the software quite easily, whereas you were claiming
kludges by Microsoft plants.
