DVD packing and install routines depend on distros (in your case kubuntu). The KDE mailinglist isn't the best place for this topic. A kubuntu mailinglist would be the better choise. Feel free to have a look at https://lists.ubuntu.com/

and desireable.
But Is there any special need to put ALL localisation packets on computer and
then wipe ALL of them (except the one I've chosen in the first installation
step) during process? This cleanup takes bigger part of installation process'
time.
