I've tried to find the check box that disables Access Keys in Konqueror

find where the developers hid it. Help would be much appreciated.

Give me a clue, Borden. I know where Konqueror Gestures are enabled/disabled,
but what exactly are 'Access Keys'? Probably obvious to you, but not to
me :-)
