Now it works , but still one problem , file created with template
doesn't provide and *extention* names ?

e.g If i create a HTML File , when prompting for the new file name ,
Only *HTML File* , shouldn't it be *HTML File.htm* ? (just for example)

File name extensions are not required for files to be of a certain type. They
mainly serve as a convenience hint for us humans to see what kind of thing we
are dealing with.

If you think the file templates should offer a possibility to specify a
default extension then you could file a wish request for this on bugs.kde.org
