[kde] Kiconedit Arch package

Hello guys,

I'm trying to make a package for kiconedit from kde extragears. I have
some issue with the versionning of this software.

version in the NEWS file still say 0.4.0 but every build give a
version equal to the current kde environment.

NEWS has 3 years update date and there is  file with 3 weeks old modification.

Which versionning is the right?
Do you know where i can find a download url of the released sources?
