    Post your configure scripts so we can point you what you did wrong.

    I already posted a perfectly working configuration that I depend totally
    on, and it never failed once to throttle the traffic. If you don't care
    to try it, at least post whatever you tried so far. Any other claim or
    email that doesn't include scripts will go to /dev/null.
