Hi,
I am trying to compile the 2.6.0-test11 kernel on my PowerMac 7300/166,
but the kernel doesn't boot (or doesn't continue). It loads the kernel,
displays the following information and hangs:
Welcome to Linux, kernel 2.6.0-test11
linked at : 0xc0000000
frame buffer at: 0x94800000 (phys), 0xd0800000 (log)

From what I can see in my 2.4 kernel as quickly as it boots, this is the
same (or at least similar). CPU info:
$ cat /proc/cpuinfo
cpu : 604e
clock : 170MHz
revision : 2.2 (pvr 0009 0202)
bogomips : 335.05
machine : Power Macintosh
motherboard : AAPL,7500 MacRISC
L2 cache : 256K unified
memory : 48MB
pmac-generation : OldWorld
I have attached my config file. My gcc version is 2.95.4 and my
distribution Debian. Did I make a faulty configuration or is there really
something wrong?
Greetz,
Sebastiaan
