acpi problems w/ DL140s in recent kernels

    2.6.5 through 2.6.7-rc1, as well as 2.4.26 fail to detect the onboard
    nics on a few HP Proliant DL140s we have. 2.6.4, as well as 2.4.25 work
    fine. I've attached the output of lspci, lspci -vvv, and dmesg while
    running 2.4.25-bf24 (a Debian install kernel) and 2.6.7-rc1.

    If any more info is needed, let me know. The machine that I've attached
    the output from is a dual Xeon 2.4Ghz w/ hyperthreading; I've also seen
    the same thing happen w/ single processor Xeons.
