Additionally to the patch I sent earlier today, this patch:
- adds option to disable IGMP (that's rarely needed for desktops)
- adds option to disable DOUBLEFAULT for x86 systems
Please apply both - saves about 20K compresses or 50K uncompressed, which is
very good for embedded systems.
